About the meditation
Our weekly meditations started at the beginning of March 2022. Craniosacral practitioners meet on every Tuesday for an online meditation led by teachers from around the world. Together we are creating a powerful field of health for all who connect with it.

We would like to use these opportunities to slow down together and create a field of coherence for better health. The meditation last for about an hour and is open to all Craniosacral practitioners and students from around the world.

The meditation is in English with translation into Russian. We don't make recordings of these meditations, because we feel that the living healing field which emerges from these meditations cannot be replicated by watching a recording.
